Mozilla Firefox: The Ultimate Browser of the Future

Released on September 23, 2002 as Phoenix and Firebird, Mozilla Firefox is a cross-platform and graphical web browser owned by Mozilla Corporation. It replaced the company's Mozilla Suite and can be downloaded free from the company's web site and other main download sites.

Mozilla Firefox is available for free and has a built-in pop-up blocker, live bookmarks, browse tabs, and other extensions for added functions. It is the very first browser to have had these features and many others just followed its innovations.
