After reading the whole content of the e-mail four times, I noticed that there's a PS message at the bottom part. It said, "Please pass this e-mail to any of your friends. It will help my family pay for my daughter's hospital bills and medicines." Seeing this particular message, I realized that what I was reading was a different kind of spam.
